Augustinus Bader describes The Hydrogel Face Mask as a revitalizing hydrogel mask that instantly hydrates, evens and plumps, and visibly reduces fine lines and wrinkles, built on its TFC8® technology. The brand names it for dull, dry or fatigued skin, and as an instant complexion reset before events or after a long week.
Among its benefits, the brand lists that it hydrates and locks in moisture for plump, smooth skin, helps to calm redness and irritation, and evens and illuminates for glowing skin. How to use it
- Apply to clean, dry skin, starting with the top half of the mask and then the bottom.
- Leave on for 20 minutes, remove, and pat in the excess serum.
- Use 2 to 3 times per week, or as desired.
Augustinus Bader says the mask may go in the fridge right before use for extra cooling, but advises against the freezer.
In the brand's routine the mask comes after cleansing and toning, and before the serum and creams that follow it.
